What you need to use PM Execution Tools.

Different products have different requirements. Document products need almost nothing. Workflow products need a working n8n setup. This page tells you exactly what each product requires before you buy.

Document products — minimal requirements

These products require no technical setup. They are Word, Excel, and PDF files you download and use immediately.

Project Meeting Execution Prompt Kit ($19)

  • A Claude (claude.ai) or ChatGPT account — free tier works for shorter transcripts
  • A meeting transcript to analyze
  • Microsoft Word or compatible editor to open the .docx file
  • Your organization’s permission to process meeting content through an AI tool

Vendor Readiness Toolkit ($29)

  • Microsoft Word or compatible editor (.docx checklist)
  • Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet tool (.xlsx tracker and logs)
  • No API keys, no internet connection required after download

Workflow products — n8n required

These products are n8n workflow files. You import them into your own n8n instance and run them using your own credentials.

Execution Brief Generator ($49)

  • n8n — self-hosted or n8n Cloud
  • Anthropic API key (console.anthropic.com) — pay-per-use, cost depends on transcript length
  • SMTP email account — Gmail with App Password works

Execution Brief Generator Pro ($79)

  • Everything in Standard above
  • OpenAI API key (platform.openai.com) — required for the cross-check model

Vendor Coordination Tracker ($79)

  • n8n — must be at a publicly accessible URL (n8n Cloud or a VPS — local installs will not work for vendor-facing links)
  • Google Sheets — OAuth2 credential in n8n
  • SMTP email account — Gmail with App Password works
  • No AI API required — vendor responses are captured directly
