How PM Execution Tools works

PM Execution Tools does not host your workflows. You download the product files and run them in your own tools — your own n8n instance, your own Google Sheets, your own email account. PM Execution Tools does not receive, store, or process your project data.

What happens to your data when you run a workflow

When you run an n8n workflow product, your data may pass through the services you configure. For example:

• Meeting transcripts are sent to the Anthropic API (and OpenAI API for Pro) for analysis
• Vendor data is stored in your Google Sheet and sent through your configured email provider
• The workflow engine runs in your n8n instance on infrastructure you control

Each of those services has its own data handling and privacy policies. You are responsible for understanding those policies as they apply to your use case.

What you should not process

Do not use these tools to process confidential, regulated, client-sensitive, or legally privileged information unless your organization has explicitly reviewed and approved the workflow design, the services it connects to, and your API and data handling configuration.

This includes but is not limited to: HIPAA-covered health information, attorney-client privileged communications, classified or export-controlled material, and personally identifiable information subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.

Purchase and delivery

Products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your purchase information is handled by Gumroad under their privacy policy. PM Execution Tools receives only what Gumroad provides to sellers (order notification and email for delivery purposes).
