I’m Patrick Graham — PMP, CCMP, MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I’ve spent most of my career in operations-heavy project environments: residential construction in Southwest Florida, procurement, logistics SaaS implementation, SAP enterprise rollout, and clinical facility buildouts.
The through line in those roles was usually the same problem: projects had the right people and the right intent, but not enough execution infrastructure to keep work from drifting.
Meetings produced commitments nobody tracked. Vendor onboarding assumed things were confirmed when they were not. Follow-through depended on whoever happened to remember.
I built PM Execution Tools for that gap.
Not the methodology layer. Not the certification layer. The operational discipline layer — the part that keeps a project from quietly coming apart between meetings.
The tools are practical by design. They do not invent clarity that was not in the meeting. They do not assume vendors are ready when nobody confirmed it. They do not treat vague decisions as clear ones. They reflect what actually happened and flag what still needs to happen.
None of these tools require a software subscription, vendor relationship, or new platform account. They run in your own environment using your own credentials. You own the workflow, the data, and the output.

Built on real work
The Execution Brief Generator came out of years of watching project meetings produce vague summaries that did not reflect what was actually decided, who actually owned what, or what was still unresolved. The workflow does not clean that up. It surfaces it.
The Vendor Coordination Tracker came out of managing subcontractors and vendors across complex projects where status tracking depended on someone remembering to follow up. The workflow removes that dependency.
The Vendor Readiness Toolkit came out of watching work start before anyone had confirmed the subcontractor was actually ready. The checklist closes that gap before the first crew shows up.
