For pre-purchase questions:

Which product you are looking at
Your n8n setup (self-hosted or n8n Cloud) if relevant
Your specific question

For refunds:

Document products are all sales final. Workflow products have a 7-day refund window if you cannot get the workflow running. Include your n8n version and error log.
